We offer home-based intensive behavior therapy as well as center-based treatments such as parent training and social skills groups. Our behavior technicians work in the home or community setting and implement the programs designed by our clinical staff.
Our central Maryland location allows us to serve families throughout Frederick and Washington Counties as well as upper Montgomery and western Carroll counties. Out center is located in the heart of Frederick, making our social skills group accessible to families.

The Start Center is an in-network provider with various insurance companies including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Kaiser Permanente, Maryland Medicaid, and United Healthcare. We also accept out of network insurance payments when available. Our treatment plans are always developed with the client in mind regardless of insurance coverage.
